Rosa is currently working as Arts Officer for British Council Wales, where she works across art form to create opportunities for Welsh Arts and Arts organisations internationally. She is currently leading on Music. Originally hailing from Cardiff, Rosa spent several years in London completing a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, then working in Communications for Universal Pictures. Returning to Wales, she worked with Cardiff's Swn Festival as a Festival Coordinator. More recently she programmed a live music venue in Cardiff – focusing on booking local talent across a multitude of genres.
