Matt Hill (Quiet Loner) is a storytelling singer-songwriter and community artist who offers a British take on folk and Americana. Combining skillful picking with lyrical wordplay, his albums have been praised for their emotional qualities, their honesty and the way they connect with the listener. He’s released 4 albums and toured extensively in venues and festivals across the UK and Europe. Career highs include playing a songwriters circle with Billy Bragg at Glastonbury, showcasing his songs at the English Folk Expo and running a protest song workshop for babies and toddlers. His work as a community artist, uses songwriting as a way to connect and empower people.
