Luke joined Traveline Cymru as Marketing Assistant in April 2017. Luke primarily boosts brand awareness through events activities as well as some business development responsibilities. He is responsible for delivering well rounded sponsorship and campaign activity: currently managing a partnership with the Cardiff-based inclusive Theatre Company, Hijinx to create and promote the new Traveline Cymru promotional video. He has also led on refreshing the company’s customer panel programme: setting up a complete online version of the programme; coordinating the Traveline Customer Insight Tour and bringing it to the forefront of business objectives for 2018.
