Jonk Haglund is a veteran in the promoter and label game in Gothenburg, Sweden. Setting up shows since 2001 and running the label Alleycat Records since 2005, Jonk has released a whole lotta music and stands behind the rock clubs Slacker and Showdown, both being cornerstones of the music scene in the city. Since having an almost un-healthy interest for sports he’s also doing the two week night clubs ‘The Ping-Pong Club’ and ‘The Bowling Club’, with DJ’s to go with it. Aside from running his label and the clubs he’s also been an agent booking bands over Europe and has a history of organizing festival trips to different festivals in Scandinavia. Alleycat Records is one of the members that makes up the local/regional exporting platform Westside Music Sweden.
