GUY KESSELS (HUGO EVENTS, NETHERLANDS)
Guy co-founded Hugo, with which he helps music and event companies to immediately turn collected data into actions. The main mission is to help these companies better understand their fanbase, learn from their visitors and to supply these people with relevant content to increase engagement. He often advices his clients on music and ticket sales plan, feedback strategy and data integration projects. Next to Hugo, he co-founded Quriobot, which is a chatbot platform for companies to easily build chatbots themselves. These chatbots can help website visitors to find the content they’re looking for, but they can also be used to retrieve contact details to connect on different channels like Whatsapp, email or Facebook Messenger.
