Ellie Giles started off as a promoter whilst at the same time doing A&R for Island records. Ellie always had an ear for talent and eventually found herself doing A&R full time where she brought in artists such as Ellie Goulding and White Lies. In the last 7 years, Ellie has been in management, managing both producers and artists. She is on the MMF board.
