Toni Coe-Brooker (Music Venue Trust)

I am the Campaign & Communications Coordinator for UK based charity Music Venue Trust, coordinating all fundraising and campaign activity, while also managing all public facing comms. We will be running a stage on the beach, representing Brighton’s grassroots music venues while platforming the bands and artists that are supported and developed in those venues. In my free time I run Dark Mother Management; artist management services that aims to represent and platform women in heavy music. Something I am very passionate about. I have 9 years experience managing the programming and production of live gigs and creative community events, Vintage fairs, youth-led workshops, radio, and festivals etc. I am hugely invested in promoting gender parity within the music industry and I have tried to support this by offering placements, paid opportunities and commissions to more woman, woc, trans and non-binary creatives, wherever possible. I have always actively support the protection of Grassroots music venues as important incubators of talent and cultural hubs for local creative communities.
