Richard is the Head of Programme at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (1574 cap)and Music Room (190 seated, 250 standing) and responsible for circa 350 shows per annum. Previously De Montfort Hall, founder and co director of the Summer Sundae and Big Session Festivals, Phoenix Arts, (all Leicester) and The Met, Bury. He also a non-executive Director of the Music Beyond Mainstream venue consortium and English Folk Expo.
