Lydia Maddix

Lydia Maddix is a refreshing indie pop comedy performer and writer on the rise, hailed as ‘hilarious and original’ by BBC Radio 1. With frequent comparisons to Kate Nash due to her British-pop sound and punny lyrics, it was no surprise she was hand-picked by BBC Introducing to support her in 2019 at Standon Calling Festival. The London based artist has already gained support from the likes of comedian Sally Phillips, and actor Donald Waugh (Bugsy Malone, Grange Hill) for her work across Television, theatre and music.
