Jason Camilleri is the Senior Producer for Creative Learning at Wales Millennium Centre, and the founder of the youth led radio station Radio Platfform.
Also known as Dregz, and one of the pioneers of Hip-hop in Wales both as an emcee and founding member of the award winning Hip-hop night ‘Higher Learning’, Jason leans heavily into genres of MOBO music throughout his work at Wales Millennium Centre, setting up the Next Up Academy (hip-hop theatre company), and alongside Prendy from ‘The Shutdown Show’ setting up ‘Lock Off’, a project which allows young people to learn all aspects of event management, whilst curating and promoting their own showcases at Focus Wales, and Llais.
