Angie Rance (Earth Agency)

Angie Rance (she/her) is an Agent at Earth Agency, an independent music agency founded in 2014. Over her years in the live industry, Angie has built an eclectic roster comprising instrumental, electronic, folk, roots, indie and singer-songwriter acts such as Penguin Cafe, Matthew and the Atlas, Sam Lee, Eydís Evensen, Ye Vagabonds, JFDR, Rachel Sermanni and Manu Delago.

Prior to joining Earth in late 2021, Angie was an Agent at UTA (United Talent Agency). She started out in the Music Industry in Artist Management via Quest Management (now Maverick) and at IMG Artists. Angie graduated from Cardiff in 2006 with a joint degree in Music and Philosophy and in 2010 she co-founded alt-folk band Patch & The Giant, and continues to play (accordion, trumpet, vocals), manage, book and record with the band.

Angie is involved in a number of projects committed to greening the Music Industry and is a founding committee member of the charity EarthPercent (founded by Brian Eno).
