Aderyn

Spiky, infectious indie pop from South Wales.

Blending sardonic, confessional lyrics with hooky guitars, Aderyn mixes together her indie and pop influences to create something that sounds like “Beabadoobee if she had a lot of caffeine.”.

As a teenager Aderyn grew tired of life on a sheep farm in the Brecon Beacons and left home at 16 to become a drummer in a grunge band. She soon realised that the singers were having all the fun, running around the stage and chatting to the crowd. Besides, all that drum gear is very heavy. So, Aderyn began to write, with one goal in mind: to make music that sounds like it belongs on a classic 90’s movie soundtrack.
