Jesse Northey is an artist manager and A&R at Victory Pool.

Jesse Northey is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge (Bachelor of Music -DigitalAudio Arts, and spent the first decade of his career living and working in Alberta as an audio engineer, musician, grant writer, and program manager for Alberta Music. From there he moved to Toronto to pursue artist management including working at Six Shooter Records as an artist management associate before starting his own company Victory Pool.

Victory Pool, a record label and management company is helping to shepherd an impressive variety of acts such as Witch Prophet, Ellen Froese, The Deep Dark Woods, Moonriiver, Ghost Woman, Altameda, and Ombiigizi, among others. They have been in operation since 2020.
