The Royal Oak is a Camra award winning pub, serving cask ales. Reopened after a 3 year close and full refurbishment; with a log fire, cask ales, spirits and pie oven, it’s a welcoming place to be by day or night. Having hosted a day of acoustic performances during Focus Wales 2011, the venue has since become a firm favourite for local song-writers and touring acts alike, and has played host to performances by John Lawrence, and Andy Hickie amongst countless others in recent times. During Focus Wales 2012 the venue will host daytime acoustic showcases, including performances from the most exciting emerging singer-songwriters.
