Grove Park Theatre is Wrexham’s oldest amateur theatre. The society was formed in 1925, initially as Grove Park Old Boys’ Amateur Dramatic Society, and the group moved into its current building on Hill Street in 1954. Having joined the Little Theatre Guild of Great Britain in 1975, they recently celebrated their 80th anniversary.
Grove Park Theatre is our ideal venue to welcome a gathering of musicians, and delegates from the music industry, with music industry discussions throughout the Thursday & Friday at Focus Wales 2012. The venue will also host a showcase of spoken word, and acoustic music makers throughout the day on the Saturday of the festival.
