Aled Rheon

Folk / Singer-Songwriter
Hailing from Cardiff via London singer-songwriter Aled Rheon draws from a childhood spent in rural Wales combined with love and life in the city. Performing in both English and his native Welsh a quiet lonesome grandeur sets his music apart; with haunting vocals heartfelt lyrics and a unique finger-picking style sparking comparisons to the likes of Nick Drake. Two critically acclaimed EP’s (‘Ser yn Disgyn’ and ‘A Gorgeous Charge’) have seen Aled getting national attention on stations like 6 music and BBC Radio 1. With new music on the horizon 2019 promises to be an exciting year for Aled. Supported by GORWELION HORIZONS.
